I used this for pretty much my whole labour. Could not get an epidural and this helped a great deal to manage the pain (with Gaz n air) and my baby was almost 5 kilos ... So I highly recommend!

My wife found this really useful during labour despite being quite sceptical about it. It was easy to use with clear instructions.I would recommend using it before labour to get used to it and can help with back pain.

I found the tens machine to be a god send when I went into active labour. I put it on when at 2cm and I found it absolutely unbelievable how much it helped me.I recommend this model as it has the boost button so you can ramp it up with ease with each contraction. I hadn't practised before hand so I do recommend you do that as I had to learn how to use it whilst contracting.I don't know if its because the machine helped block the pain or if it was more of a distraction, but the midwifes were amazed how happy I was.... I managed to get to 6cm with no other pain relief, I was transferred to labour room at 6cm where they took it off after about 10 mins and replaced with gas and air and baby arrived less than an hour later.I hand on heart think it is worth every single penny and will recommend TENS to every pregnant lady I know, it made my birth experience stress free which I think helped speed everything up :)Good luck!

Used for childbirth. Found it more effective when left on boost (consistent buzz) and turning that off, so it was buzzing on and off when things got tough, more of a distraction. DEFINITELY helped. Easy to use.

Great aid for labour.
Hiring process was seamless and return was equally easy. Being able to hire it for as long as 8 weeks gave me peace of mind in case of premature birth.

I used the Elle TENS Plus for both my babies born physiologically and it was my favourite pain relief tool, especially during the early stages of labour. Truly a game changer when it comes to managing and feeling in control during contractions.

Super quick and convenient

The tens machine saved me in early labour it was a great distraction from the pain. I only took it off to get in birth pool. I had to get out due to decreased heart rate so I wish I had left it on and not gone in the pool. The shipping process was easy and they supplied all that was needed to return. Very happy and I would recommend to anyone.
