The Labour Elle TENS Plus Machine:

🌸 DOES have a screen that lights up.

🌸 Has a contraction timer.

🌸 It has three modes, Birth, Pelvic and Pain mode.

Birth mode contains the same features as Elle TENS and Elle TENS 2.

The pelvic floor function is for strengthening your pelvic floor using a vaginal probe. This is NOT included in the TENS hire, and is only for use 12 weeks post birth. This is great function if you are looking to buy the device.

The standard pain mode is an included feature. This is a great option for second, third + time mums who may experience painful afterbirth cramping. The pain mode will be your life saver!

HOW TO HIRE

Your TENS hire is for 6 or 8 weeks. We recommend that you hire your device when you will be roughly 36 weeks - to allow plenty of time for bubs arrival.

The date you select on the calendar will be the date your TENS is dispatched.

If the date you are trying to select is not working, we do not have the availability on this day.

RETURNING YOUR TENS

You will receive an email reminder when your device is due back, so you don’t forget!

Once you have finished with your TENS, place contents into the prepaid return satchel. Feel free to dispose of used electrodes.

Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post outlet and keep your lodgement receipt in case of any return issues.

You may be able to fully claim back the price of your TENS hire and/or purchase.

This will be dependant on your level of cover and who your health care insurer is (and yes, we are a recognised BUPA provider).

Do your homework with your insurer so you are aware of what rebate you may be entitled to and what their requirements for a smooth claims process are.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will automatically receive a PDF of your reciept which you can then forward on and hope for a return $$$!

The hire process was so straightforward & efficient. I received the machine on time (& sufficent time pre birth) and instructions to test were really clear so I felt prepared to use the machine in birth.

Great product, easy to book and fast return

I rented a TENS machine for my birth, it was great for early and active labour before I had a scalp clip inserted to monitor baby’s heart rate. The service from Mama & Ico was fast and efficient with the easiest return service after use - exactly what you need after giving birth!
